2. How old are you? 29
3. Where do you live, what do you live in, and do you like it? providence, ri, 3 bedroom 1/2 of a duplex, and i love it here; our rent is fairly cheap, our landlord is an american history professor, and it's big & in a nice neighborhood not far from school and all our friends. in about a month we're moving to denver tho so i can get a phd. braxton will be working on his phd dissertation :) but i don't know where we'll live yet. it causes a lot of stress!!
4. What do you do for a job? currently, teaching high school students at brown summer studies (fiction workshop), proofreading 17-19th century women's texts for the women writers project (it's a digital humanities thing) & research assisting for a sociology professor who is writing a book on the WHO and AIDS
5. What would you do with your time in an ideal world where earning money wasn't the top priority? stay home and write, write, write
6. Do you make anything? i love making soup, and i make books sometimes, and i make websites for film festivals and academic conferences, and i like to knit, and sew a little
7. What is your favorite food? tacos
8. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose? a cabin in the mountains
9. i won't be asking myself a question tonight

i don't know where i stole this picture... i was looking up pictures
of carole maso online and this came up somehow. my family had a camper like this
when i was a kid and we had lots of fun camping trips in it...
i loved sitting in the bed over the cab while we were driving, and
my dad had a cb radio in the truck, and the table turned into a bed
for me to sleep on. i even remember what it smelled like.
